On board of an Ancient Sailing Ship, class and luxury

Guests will be welcomed to an elegant and comfortable environment; a convenient upper deck of 4,305 sq ft (400 sqm) and a large solarium can accommodate up to 180 persons for the day Cruise. The ship is also equipped with 25 comfortable cabins, set up to accommodate up to 54 passengers. All cabins are equipped with private bathroom and shower, individually controlled air-conditioning, mini-bar, TV set, safe and are ideal for enjoying relaxing moments and privacy. Life on board will revolve around a large lounge restaurant of 1,400 sq ft (130 sqm), elegantly furnished and providing up to 110 seats, where guests will spend unforgettable hours. An international cuisine enriched with local seafood and a wide selection of wines will cater to even the most demanding gourmet. Two bars, indoors and outdoors, will provide a cosy and magical atmosphere.

The Sailer
It is a three-masted sailing ship with a total sail area greater than 32,300 sq ft (3,000 sqm). It  was built in Poland in 1962 and has been sailing the northern seas for approximately 30 years. As of the 1990s, the schooner was used as a training ship sailing all over the world and took part in countless tall ships’ events. In 2006 it was refitted and now it is compliant with the highest security standards required to qualify for registration under the Italian flag and to be listed in the Italian Naval Register according to RINA and Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) requirements.

Cabins, Decks and Salon
All the cabins are equipped with private bathrooms complete with shower and hair dryer, TV set, mini-bar, safe, telephone and individually controlled air-conditioning system. Deck A (lower level): 10 inside cabins (w/o porthole). 2 king cabins, 5 double cabins (beds are placed together and can be separated), 2 three-bedded and 1 four-bedded cabins. Deck B (lounge level): outside cabin (with porthole): 2 aft king cabins, 7 queen cabins (and collapsible upper single bed). Deck C (upper level): with porthole: 6 double/twin cabins (beds can be separated). Indoor lounge restaurant: the restaurant can accommodate up to 83 persons being served for a lunch or a dinner served or up to 110 persons, lunch or dinner on buffet.

Plenty of daytime activities will ensure that your time spent on board is always fun and relaxing: sailing, water-skiing, snorkelling, visiting places ashore, riding aboard our tenders and scuba diving. Each event is custom-made and carefully planned to make your dream come true. Every single moment spent aboard will be firmly impressed in your and your guests’ memory for a lifetime.

Life on board
It is the only Italian vessel where guests can learn the art of sailing and at the same time enjoy relaxing moments as well as indulge in the ultimate gourmet pleasures. The highly skilled crew will explain navigation techniques to guests who can be actively involved in sailing, understand on board instruments and rigging and learn how to work the sails while at the same time enjoying magnificent views at sea. During the day the ship will sail to hidden ports and unspoilt bays, unexplored places in the Mediterranean, crystal-clear waters where guests can dive and relax at ease, unique places that no other vessel can visit. Those who would like to live on board and practice water sports will find plenty of equipment including water skis, banana boats, ski tubes, snorkel gear. Scuba diving equipment is also available. A stern door will make it easier for guests to get into the water. Two 26-foot (8 m) tender boats each powered by a 250 HP engine will support water sports and will quickly take guests ashore to beaches and ports.
