Are you fish lovers that would love to learn some of the traditional Sicilian recipes? This is your chance to learn with the chef Antonio, in an exclusive location just 20 minutes from Palermo's city centre.
Once there, the chef will greet you with a welcome cocktail and an apron, and so to get to work. You will start with a lesson on making appetizers, in this case mussel soup, one of the most popular recipes for the preparation of this seafood. Then it's time for the first course, linguine with shrimps and anchovies, a delicate dish which packs a punch of flavour. The second course is rolled sword fish, a dish traditional to Messina, made with thin slices of sword fish stuffed and seasoned with "salmoriglio". And in the end, as a dessert you will make an almond parfait.
After having prepared these dishes, it's time for lunch or dinner, accompanied with white wine, water, coffee and limoncello. At the end of the experience the chef will gift you a small gadget as a souvenir of the day you spent together.
